Jack has more than 35 years of experience in global real estate. He is the Founder of Majesteka Investments Holdings, a private firm providing integrated strategic leadership and capital for more than a dozen emerging disruptive companies at the intersection of real estate, asset management, and technology. Jack is the former Global Head and Chairman of BlackRock Real Estate (NYSE: BLK), and former Global Chief Investment Officer, as well as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman for the Asia-Pacific region of LaSalle Investment Management, an independent subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

Chris Keber

CEO

Chris has more than 25 years of advisory, fundraising and investment experience in the real estate industry, most recently as Head of Investments & Strategy at McCourt Global. Prior to McCourt Global, Chris was co-head of Global Capital Markets at Hines, and also held a similar role at Starwood Capital, where he formed investment vehicles and managed relationships with insitiutional investors around the globe.

Danion Fielding

CFO

Danion has twice served as a public company CFO, most recently at Getty Realty (NYSE:GTY) for six years. He has also spent time in real estate investment banking at JP Morgan, the financial advisory media and technology group at PwC and the mergers and acquisitions group at Daiwa Securities.

Kathleen Collins

COO

Kathleen brings principal investment experience from leading proptech VC funds, including Fifth Wall, MetaProp and Industry Ventures. She also represents the fourth generation of her family’s real estate development company.

Chris Bledsoe

EVP, Strategic Investments

Chris is the former founder and CEO of Ollie, the pioneer of the co-living category. Prior to Ollie, Chris spent more than a decade in public markets, both as a buy-side investor at Citadel Investment Group and as a sell-side equity research analyst at JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Barclays.

Whitney has more than 20 years of PR and marketing experience with technology companies. She will be instrumental in helping to tell the Shelter story and to position us with investors, private companies and the wider industry.

Anthony Foxx

Anthony serves as the chief policy officer and senior advisor to the president and chief executive officer of Lyft. Prior to joining Lyft, he served as the seventeenth United States Secretary of Transportation from 2013 to 2017. Previously, Anthony served as the mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, from 2009 to 2013.

Erin Lantz

Erin is a technology executive and strategic general manager. Most recently she was the Vice President and General Manager of Mortgages at Zillow Group where she worked from 2010 through the fall of 2019. Just prior to Zillow, Ms. Lantz was Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she led the Direct-to-Consumer purchase home loan business. Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group.

David Panton

David currently serves as a Partner at Navigation Capital Partners, which he co-founded in 2006, and has served as a Managing Partner of SPAC Opportunity Partners, Navigation Capital’s SPAC operations group, since its establishment in 2018. Prior to joining Navigation Capital, Mr. Panton was a Vice President at Mellon Ventures.

Clelia Peters

Clelia is the president of Warburg Realty and venture partner at Bain Venture Partners. She is also a co-founder of MetaProp, a proptech accelerator focused exclusively on seed stage real estate technology investments. Clelia is the elected co-chair of the Real Estate Board of New York’s RLS Board of Directors (the New York MLS system equivalent), sits on the Board of REBNY’s Tech Committee and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Side, Inc.

Brad is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Willett Advisors managing the philanthropic assets of Michael R. Bloomberg. Before joining Willett in 2012, Brad was a Managing Director at Morgan Creek Capital Management.

Jennifer Fuller

Jennifer is a Managing Director at Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods and focuses on specialty finance and fintech companies with primary responsibilities for the firm’s coverage of the mortgage and housing sectors. Before joining in 2013, Jennifer spent ten years as part of the financial institutions group at Stifel. Sonny Kalsi

Sonny is a Founder and Partner of GreenOak, a real estate investment management and advisory firm, founded in 2010. Sonny has oversight responsibility for GreenOak’s US business and is a member of the firm’s investment committees globally. Hei was previously the Global Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing (MSREI) business and President of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate (MSRE) business.

Ken Hubbard

Ken is a senior advisor at Hines, one of the largest privately held real estate investment, development and management firms in the world. Hubbard transitioned from his post as EVP/CEO of Hines in 2009 to become an entrepreneurial partner, working on various regional projects and initiatives for the firm. He has been involved in all phases of acquisition, development, ownership, and management of urban, high-rise office, headquarters, mixed use and urban residential developments with transactions aggregating more than 45 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at more than $25 billion.

Matthew Wolpert

Chris is a Managing Director and member of the executive committee at GCA specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Chris has over 12 years of technology M&A advisory experience. Prior to joining GCA, Chris was an enterprise software consultant.

Scott Wesson

Scott is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of UDR, (NYSE: UDR) responsible for all digital transformation activities as well as information technology resources. Previously, he was Chief Information/Technology Officer from 2011 to 2020. He has over 30 years of experience developing and deploying technology and process strategies, with a focus on leading change initiatives and driving valuable process improvements for Fortune 500 companies.

Sean Muellers

Sean is an advisor to several software companies targeting proptech and professional services. Previously he was a Managing Director in charge of technology for the real estate group at Blackstone. Prior to joining Blackstone, he was the Chief US Representative and General Manager at The Wanda Group, China’s largest commercial real estate developer and the world’s largest cinema operator.
